Agriculture and Climate Risk Enterprise Ltd. (ACRE Africa) is a risk management solutions designer linking stakeholders to localized solutions such as insurance and climate change adaptation strategies to reduce agricultural and climate risks. JOB PURPOSEThe Principal Fundraising Officer will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy to secure resources that drive ACRE Africa’s mission. This role will focus on identifying and cultivating new funding opportunities, managing donor relationships, and ensuring long-term financial sustainability through strategic partnerships. The position requires a proactive approach to proposal development, donor engagement, and grant acquisition, aligned with the organization’s growth objectives. |

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:i. Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Development Studies, Climate Finance, Agricultural Economics, Marketing, or a related field. KEY COMPETENCIES & ATTRIBUTESi. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
