Patrick is a digital enthusiast. He holds a BA in Social Communication and Digital Production Diploma from the Technical University of Kenya. He has been involved in digital and mobile product development for 5 years. His key competencies include figuring out mobile product design and route to market for fintech (financial technology) products.
He also has vast experience in the mobile value-added service (VAS) sector where he has set up mobile infrastructure used for customer engagement, digital sales, mobile money and carried out social media to mobile media integration for corporates and social enterprises. He is conversant with mobile tools ranging from Bulk SMS, USSD and Shortcode application configuration and set up. He is also experienced in Mobile Network Networks (MNO) engagement and building mobile industry partnerships.
Patrick is involved in designing and setting up ACRE’s mobile product infrastructure to enhance efficient and cost-effective route to market for agriculture risk management solutions.
