Joseph is a meteorology expert with over 30 years’ experience in Natural Resources Management especially research on Soil, Water and Vegetation conservation; Agro-climatological equipment setup, calibration and maintenance; Environmental and Natural resources data collection, analysis and dissemination and Participatory approaches in environmental research and community mobilization and involvement with weather data. At ACRE Africa, Joseph is in charge of managing the automated weather stations network, acquisition of weather data and forecasts from the national meteorology agencies and the management of weather data for agriculture risk management purposes.
