Amos is an experienced Climate Modeller and remote sensing expert with over 5 years working with Agricultural, Water and Climate data. His duties include working with both remote sensing and in-situ data in support of actuarial modelling of different agricultural products. He also provides climate information to support farmers in the decision support system.
As a Climate modeller, Amos has been involved in various projects at the local and regional level on climate change risk and mitigation practices. Amos is passionate about helping small scale farmers in Africa adapt to the varied and changing climate conditions. He holds a Master’s of Science Degree in Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation from the University of Twente.
He Is current a PHD student at the University of Wageningen In the Netherlands
