Instructions for Zambia

1. Enter your full name
2. Enter your mobile number using the format +XXX XXX XXX XXX e.g. +260 961 123 456
3. Enter your job title
4. Click the 'Generate & Copy Signature' button. Your signature will be generated and immediately copied to the clip board.
5. Go to MS Outlook and paste the copied signature under the signature settings.
6. Save the new signature.
